THE STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVES OF DECENT WORK IN UKRAINE: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract

The article is dedicated to research the essence and strategic objectives of decent work in the XXI century. Has been accomplished the analysis of international legal standards of decent work and measuring's of decent work. Were determined the actions for achieving the goals of decent work. Has been generalized the main directions of the state policy concerning achievement of decent work's goals in Ukraine. Special attention has been paid to the implementation of programs of international cooperation and their influence to the reforming of labour legislation. In the context of the measuring's of decent work were analysed the main provisions of the draft Labour Code. There were substantiated the necessity of National strategy for decent work in Ukraine, has been determined its priorities and key directions.
