Aim, Objectives, and Scope

The aim of the Journal “Bulletin of Taras Shevchenko National University. Legal Studies” is to publish peer-reviewed research papers offering original scientific results that address the speciality 081 “Law” as well as the reviews, and papers of scientific and methodological character (peer reviews for monographs or articles; reviews-presentations of new publications; dissertations’ reviews etc.)

Types of publications: Editor’s Introductory Remarks; Research Papers; Articles Reviews; Information on Corrections.

Journal’s Objectives:

  • development of domestic scientific potential and its integration into the global scientific environment;
  • facilitation of effective public communication between scientists, high-quality articulation, global recognition, and popularisation of research results in the law domain within national scientific circles as well as overseas ones.
  • support of Ukrainian legislation reform, conduction of research addressing the adaptation of the legal system of Ukraine to the EU law.
