THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND THE RIGHT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: SOME ASPECTS OF CORRELATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF INFORMATION SOCIETY
Abstract
The right to information and the right of intellectual property: some aspects of correlation in the conditions of information society The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the correlation between information and objects of intellectual property law; the definition of information as an object of civil rights; consideration of the methodology of civil regulation of relations in the information sphere. This article from the perspective of legal doctrine examines the features of the information, the concept of civil legal regulation of information relations at the present stage of development of legislation of Ukraine, trends and prospects of legal regulation in the information society.
